Tax lodged on time, without surprises.

Income tax returns and BAS for businesses and individuals. A BAS is the form you send the ATO (the tax office) for GST, the tax on most sales. We prepare your returns to ATO rules and lodge them on time. When the ATO writes to you, we answer.

What's included

Everything the ATO expects, done once.

One team prepares and lodges all of it for you, from the quarterly BAS to the year-end return.

  • Income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders and individuals. We prepare them from checked figures and lodge them by the due date.
  • BAS and IAS (the smaller form you send when no GST is due). We lodge them each month, quarter or year. How often depends on how you are registered.
  • GST registration and reporting. We check that what you claim matches what the books say.
  • PAYG withholding (tax taken out of staff wages) and PAYG instalments (tax paid in advance on business income). We work both out and vary them when your income changes.
  • Fringe benefits tax (FBT). This is the tax on cars, meals and other perks you give staff. We prepare and lodge the return.
  • ATO letters, payment plans and audits (when the ATO checks your records). Send us the letter and we take it from there.
  • Tax planning before 30 June. We look at timing, super (your retirement savings) and how your business is set up, while a change can still help.

Who it's for

Businesses and people with something to lodge.

Three common situations.

Owner-run businesses

You run a company, trust or partnership. A BAS is due each quarter and there are wages to pay. Your year-end return shows a full year of planning, not one week.

Sole traders and individuals

You have business income, rental properties, shares or a side venture on top of a salary. We prepare one return, done properly. A deduction is an expense that lowers your tax. You claim every one you are entitled to and nothing you are not entitled to.

Anyone behind with the ATO

You have overdue lodgements, a tax debt, or a letter you have not opened. We work out what you owe and bring your lodgements up to date. Then we agree a payment plan with the ATO that you can keep.

How it works

Three steps, then we watch the deadlines for you.

Every client gets the same process, whatever the size of the return.

  1. A conversation

We talk through which businesses or trusts you have, what is due and what is overdue, and look at last year's return. It takes thirty minutes, by phone or in person.

  2. A fixed scope in writing

We set out which lodgements we prepare, when each is due and what it costs. You agree to all of it before any work starts. You will not get a surprise hourly bill after an ATO letter.

  3. The same team, all year

You get one point of contact who knows your file and your lodgement calendar. You can reach them by phone, text or WhatsApp. When the ATO writes, you get an answer the same day.
